In this case study, our customer after many years of soliciting was able to retain new business with a major national retailer where the upside business potential was enormous. However, what was also potentially enormous was the performance reputation and financial impact that would be caused by non-compliance related issues that affected their retail vendor performance scorecard if this new business was not managed accordingly.

Continental Logistics, having other existing business under management into this major retailer, knew the large amount of requirements in advance of this business physically beginning. So, we were able to collaboratively work with our customer and prepare operationally to meet the delivery windows and other varied requirements mandated for flawless execution.

From inception in managing this transportation proactively we have been able to empower the customer to protect their retail vendor performance scorecard, which has allowed them to grow their business with this national retailer.
